About Your Coach - Dale Wallington

I grew up surfing the cold, windswept waves of Cornwall, then spent the best part of the next 15 years chasing better ones around the world.

 

Along the way, I’ve coached upwards of 750 surfers remotely, helping them improve their strength, mobility, and conditioning so they can surf better for longer. 

In addition to this, I co-own Renegade Surf Travel, hosting over 200 surfers a year on world-class coaching trips in some of the most progression-friendly and picturesque waves on earth.

 

When I’m not in the tropics you'll find me at home in Ericeira, Portugal, helping a global community of surfers level up their fitness and wellbeing.
